I try to never miss to include Somalia as one of the countries in my prayer after performing solat as we all hope Allah bless those people,face a great hardship.as everytime I fill my belly with food,the story of Somalia will come cross my mind.Alhamdulillah,the life as a Malaysian is so great.This prosperity country is so rich,peace and harmony,in the matter of food and basic necessity,it is not a big deal at all to almost every citizen in this country.
But,remarking upon Somalia,in the matter of fact,it is so contradict with Malaysia.
Starvation crisis,spread drastically to entire country,caused thousands died.About 10 billions people of Somalia need ample food supply urgently.Even United Nations Development Programmem(UNDP)and many agencies had launched many programmes to get fund to support and supply those people with medicine,clean drinking water and food,but still,the crisis continued and never indicated a single it will stop.
Floods and terrible droughts said had been the major factors of this crisis.But on the other side,we still can blame the politic atmosphere in Somalia.There is no exact fuctioning goverment,no one rules,only riots and chaos here and there.In consequence of that,the natural sources of the country cannot be reap or yield,thus the economic growth is impossible.The instable of politic had triggered the competition to conquer the power,and worse caused wars.
I thank to Allah to still feed me with food whenever I hungry and support me with comfortable life,good education and lifestyle.Alhamdulillah,but I must remind myself and the others to remember our brothers and sisters,there,still hoping for a new better day that they will be free,not to be afraid,hungry,and face such hardship in their own country,insha Allah.May Allah help them,and remain them steadfast,amin.
