last week, one of my friends had faint, due to her tiredness and got hypertension, maybe she was burdened with too many works, assignments or maybe she had personal problem,we were not so sure, but one true thing here, I do believe is very common in our daily life, she was under stress.
Stress,as being explained by Dr Melissa Conrad Stoppler a U.S board certified anatomic phatologist ,as the natural forces from the inside or outside the world affecting the individual. As of the overabundance of our modern life,we usually think stress is a negative thing. But in biological point of view, stress can be neutral, negative or positive.
In general, stress is related to internal and external factors.External factors include your physical environment, including your works, your assignments, your interactions and relationship with people around you and all expectations and difficulities in our daily life.
While internal factor is the ability in your body fuctions to deal with the external stress inducing factors.Internal factors include less adequate rest and sleep, and diet disorder.
It's impossible to eliminate stress as it is a natural force, abstract, but one sure thing is stress can be managed and reduced.Unfortunately,we the people attempt to manage and reduce stress, but in wrong way, sigh~
First of all,we are recommended to do exercises;go out and play, kick the ball, and run a round of two.Or,we can garden, plant some trees, pluck some fresh fruits,or rather say "just green the earth".
You also can do meditation, take some time and sit, breath in,hold and breath out.Practice and apply this simple breathing technique and calm yourself, stay your mind in focus and sharp.
The another side of stress is,it also has the tendency to motivate and push one's to a higher place.for example,if we are going to sit for an exam,we know if we are not study,we will fail,so stress of will fail will motivate us to study and thus excel in examination.
Is strees a friend?or a foe?personally,i think it depends on how success we manage it.
